Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book your ice cream van?
We recommend securing your booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, particularly for weekends and peak event seasons. Early booking ensures availability for your preferred date and time.

We operate across the Pilbara region, including Point Samson, Wickham, Karratha, Pannawonica, Onslow, Port Hedland, Tom Price, Parraburdoo, Newman and surrounding communities. If your event is outside these areas, please contact us to discuss travel arrangements.

We cater for a wide range of events including birthday parties, school functions, community events, corporate gatherings, sporting events and private celebrations.

Our standard service duration is 2 to 3 hours. Extended service time can be arranged upon request.
Yes. We love travelling to different towns in the Pilbara.
We are happy to serve you 7 days a week.

Menu & Product Options

What products do you serve?

We offer a selection of soft serve ice cream, including popular flavours, sundaes, cones, cups and frozen treats. Menu options can be tailored based on your event requirements.

Yes. We can offer dairy-free and alternative options with prior notice. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.
Yes, but our cones are not.

Yes, nuts are one of the toppings we offer on our soft serve ice creams.

Note : If any of your guests have nut allergies, you can ask us not to serve any nuts for the entire booking.

Setup & Requirements

What do you require at the event location?

We require a safe, level parking space with sufficient access for our van. If power access is available we require a 15amp, it is helpful but not always necessary depending on the setup.

Yes. All cones, cups, spoons, napkins and standard toppings are included as part of the service.

Absolutely. We operate in accordance with local food safety regulations and all equipment and staff adhere to strict hygiene standards.

Pricing & Payments

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on event duration, location and number of guests. We provide customised quotes to ensure you receive the most suitable package.

We accept bank transfer, card payments and other agreed methods. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the notice period provided. Please contact us directly to discuss refund eligibility and rescheduling options.
We now have a mobile EFTPOS machine accepting Visa & Mastercard.
Yes we can quote for both a fixed price or run a tab. (Please note that when running a tab other charges will apply).

Custom Requests

Can the service be customised for themed events?
Yes. We can accommodate themed events, branded signage, and additional toppings where possible. Please discuss your requirements in advance.
Yes. We have experience serving both small private events and larger community or corporate functions.
